Glitch

 There has been serious glitching over the last few weeks. Notes saying that the Mobile App has been used and yet people were on the computer and not on the phone. Now its nearly impossible to upload art in any manner

I have send two tickets to the Help Desk, one is from 12 November, and both are still unanswered. Why is the Help Desk doing nothing about it? Do they still exist?

I'm saying this here because at least here there are people instead of the so-called Help Desk

    We are users like you tho, so we can't actually do anything. =/

     

    Have you tried a different browser? It might be a problem with cached data, settings, or what not.

    They are working on Eclipse and have thousands of bug reports. They are human and have families. Give them time.

    Sorry if this appears bugging but my best friend and I are so tired of this. We just wish this ends soon!

    Submitting about it on the suggestions forum won't help though, we all are normal users on here

    The staff don't look at this forum unfortunately, so they're not going to see this thread. If you've already submitted a bug report to the helpdesk, all you can do is be patient, they're very understaffed and busy with the eclipse update right now which means they've got a massive pile of other bug reports to get though before they can see to yours.

    if they knew they would be busy with Eclipse, why didn't they scale up staff numbers?

    a portent of how Core members wil be marginalized once the shiny new toy appears

    my notification feed has been reverted back to July 2018, and i"m not getting any later deviations... while they f*ck around with something no-body wants: i can't even find the hekpdesk ticket dialog section

    just make Core better, to hell with your profit margins... i bet Eclpse will cost a bomb if we wanna upgrade

    sorry for the rant... there was nothing wrong with DA circa 2005... we used to have custom banners, and the webcam widget came with basic membership

    but they gotta keep tweaking - they get paid to 'innovate'... whether the site needs it or not

    Eclipse users will become the new upper class and we Core members get our 'status' demoted by default

    i've noticed no benefits from buyin a Core membership... good luck selling me Ecraps, i mean Eclipse

    kinda ironic that they called it 'Eclipse', since it's gonna eclipse Core's status and meaning
