My order arrived but I am missing some items, were they shipped separately?

Yes, some items take longer to process than others which may result in them being shipped separately from the rest of your order. Please see the following FAQ for more information on what items take longer to process:


Please note, you will only receive one email upon shipment of your order. You will not receive another email for those items shipping separately.
