To begin, you’ll need to provide additional information that will confirm you are the account owner. If you cannot provide the needed information, DeviantArt staff may be unable to confirm your ownership of the account and may not be able to assist you in recovering the account. (Please note that we cannot deactivate/delete an account on your behalf. You can do so manually once you regain access to your account.)
Please gather your Username and email the Helpdesk at email@example.com, and staff will assist you as quickly as possible.
If you have lost access to your account, there is no need to create a new account in order to contact the Help Desk. Since DeviantArt does not delete accounts, any 'extra' accounts created to contact the Help Desk cannot be deleted after the fact or merged into another account.
